No one likes surprises! The following policies are for your benefit as well as ours. We value each one of our guests and will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Room rates are based on double/single occupancy and are subject to 7% state tax and 5% county tax.
Additional guests are $25 per person, per night.
Well-behaved children 8 years and older are welcome.
We are a smoke-free inn. Smoking permitted away from the house, please. Also, no pets, please. We can refer you to a kennel just ½ mile away. Evidence of pets or smoke will result in a $150 minimum cleaning fee.

Deposits and Cancellations
A credit card is required to reserve a room. We accept Visa or Mastercard. A deposit of one night’s stay is taken upon reservation.
Cancellation notice must be received no later than 7 days prior to your arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee. Please call for cancellations - NO emails. If cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice, you are responsible for the full amount of your stay. Add ons are subject to the 7 day cancellation also.
Multiple room bookings require a 14 day notice. These cancellations do affect us greatly and therefore are non-negotiable. In the unlikely event that you must shorten your stay or check out early for ANY reason, please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation.
