Victorian delight- afternoon tea! Queen Victoria's love of
sweet things and the increasing affluence of the new
middle class made afternoon tea very popular in
Victorian England (1836-1902).

Today you can enjoy the same luxuries- at the Kimmell House Inn!
We offer a traditional selection of sweet delicacies and aromatic
teas, all served to you in our elegant parlor or sitting room.
On warm days, take your tea in the garden gazebo and enjoy the
quiet country life. Taste the tradition with our homemade cucumber
sandwiches on rye, our signature chicken salad and egg salad on
croissants- all part of a classic English tea time. For the sweet tooth,
enjoy a sampling of our dessert special of the day, assorted pastries
made fresh, and of course- our homemade buttermilk scones, served
with true English clotted cream.
