Reservations and Cancellations
For our exclusive B&B style brunch and Victorian Tea, advanced reservations are required.
A minimum of 7 days notice is recommended.
All reservations must be secured with a credit card. If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the reservation time or the party does not show, a charge of $15 per person will be processed to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
The cancellation fee reflects the cost of food, drink, and staffing incurred by The Kimmell House Inn in anticipation of your reservation. In addition, The Kimmell House Inn is holding space for your group during that time period and loses the opportunity to book other reservations if dates are cancelled at the last minute.
